You can return your item immediately upon receipt and upon return of the item we will promptly refund 100% of the purchase price or replace with like product, less any shipping charges.
Cancellations must be done on the day you placed your order before 5pm (EST). You must call 561-865-7300 to cancel. We strongly uphold this policy as we begin cooking and preparing your popcorn delivery immediately after this time. Thank you for your understanding. (It’s our opinion that it’s too good to cancel.)
*All shipping charges for returns need to be paid by the consumer. Items must be returned within 3 days of purchase. The OriginalPopcornHouse.com can not be responsible for address errors on orders. If an order is undeliverable to the customer, is returned to us by the shipping carrier, and needs to be re-shipped due to a customer error when entering the delivery address, the customer will be responsible for paying for the additional shipping, regardless of whether the shipping for the order was originally free. Only ONE OPENED package/container/box of any product is eligible for return. All others of the same product must be in the original, unopened containers.
